Keep at it!!

Melissa - my diet, like me, is a constant work in progress! =) And there's no way to avoid it!Slimming Down to Sexyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17196704255855773815noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5641422025286516554.post-54831908990759224892011-05-30T20:23:12.780-05:002011-05-30T20:23:12.780-05:00It is hard to say what I am because I have always ...It is hard to say what I am because I have always seemed to find ways to fit exercise into my life(sometimes a lot more than others), but during most of those times, my food choices have not been up to par! It is a work in progress to find a balance, but such is life!Melissahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11080370857824894363noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5641422025286516554.post-74140764388938837662011-05-30T19:07:15.053-05:002011-05-30T19:07:15.053-05:00I am definitely an all or nothing sort. But im learning!! and thats what counts.Thaishttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13485491850718407725noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5641422025286516554.post-46750343024009002142011-05-30T14:20:41.599-05:002011-05-30T14:20:41.599-05:00I used to have the all-or-nothing thought process,...I used to have the all-or-nothing thought process, too until finally realizing that treats and all that help me stick to a healthy diet better. Denying them was what caused me to do the "all of nothing" because I'd have a "perfect' diet, then have a cookie and thought it was all shot to hell and it didn't matter what went on after that. But allowing myself to live in the grey area keeps me healthy every day and I don't feel the need to throw it all out the door if I have a treat.Mary @ Bites and Blisshttp://bitesandbliss.comnoreply@blogger.com
